For nearly 30 years, I’ve navigated life as a single mother—building strength, resilience, and stability through challenges that required me to grow, adapt, and keep moving forward. That experience shaped my understanding of emotional resilience, personal responsibility, and what it truly takes to create change from within.
Alongside my life experience, I am a Certified Life Coach and Certified Spiritual Life Coach, with certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Theta Healing, Intuitive Energy Healing, Reiki, Access Bars, and Feng Shui. These modalities are integrated into my approach, allowing me to guide others through mindset shifts, behavioral change, and healing in a way that feels both grounded and holistic.

The program begins with a 60-minute kickoff session where we go deep into your current patterns, challenges, and goals so the entire 30 days is tailored to you. From there, you will receive four weekly 1:1 sessions at 60 minutes each to support your progress, adjust your focus, and keep you aligned as you move through the process.
Between sessions, you will be given daily guided prompts, reflection worksheets, reframing exercises, and affirmations to help you retrain your thinking patterns in real time. This is your integration work—simple, structured practices that help you build awareness, emotional regulation, and new habits outside of our sessions without overwhelm or pressure.
Each week has a clear focus. Week one is awareness, where we identify thought patterns and emotional triggers. Week two is regulation, where you learn how to calm your nervous system and stabilize your responses. Week three is repatterning, where we shift limiting thought loops and build new mental pathways. Week four is integration, where new habits are strengthened so they become your new baseline.
